2 cycles oversleept

I skipped a nap at 10 and ended sleeping from 2pm to 6pm, then I wake up and I was going to sofa(without remembering it), I wake up at 11pm in the sofa without remembering it and being angry with cold thanks to water in my back.

I oversleept another time on Day 3, I wasn't tired but I microsleept in sofa and I didn't get up.

Another cold, yes, another

It seems impossible after getting two fluo's last month but here I am, I'm sick, I sleeped 6 hours and now I feel really better, If It was only a temporary virus I will continue but if tomorrow it gets bad, I will take a break to recover, 6th adaptation is anyway delayed.

Tomorrow will begin my 6TH Attempt

As I said, I didn't failed last adaptation with so many tools and so much knowloadge I got from past attempts, I recovered from another fluo and Im ready to get what's already mine.

BEING UBERMAN | 6TH Attempt

I decided like another blogger to not post Day 1,2 etc. I will post only useful information and about hardest times, I made this post to track my 6TH attempt at uberman, Day One.

This night was really nice, for the first time I nap for three times consecutive at 12.40 4.40 and 8.40 am, its really weird considering I'm at day 1, I feel really fresh and positive about this attempt and my thinking is to be an Uberman not a try to be.

USEFUL INFORMATION
ISO TONES MP3
I use the Sleep track to fall asleep and when it finishes the Adrenaline Rush starts and gets me up. I consider this listenings to be a major update in my attempts, I really feel the effect of them, consider them essential by now as another long experience polyphaser agrees with me and use them.

End of 5TH try

Yes, I didn't want to give up but one should not be fanatic about things that can lead to death, I will retry uberman adaptation in 2 weeks, with more tools, mindset and energy!
