Waiting free time and better environment
I tought mountains were good because there is less stress, you can walk in zombie mode and even without internet, I can afford adaptation with gbs of tutorials of the software I want to learn, that worked some days but the truth is:
1-walking in the dark when you're zombified is boring and scaring because you're helpless.
2-tutorials work for some days, after day 4 I was getting sick of 7hrs/day
3-mountais contains less stress environments, that means you need to manage to not be bored without anyone walking or talking to you, and thats very hard.
I will retry this time directly with sl-uberman with my nice environment full of motivation and work! see you guys, next month
Switching to SL-uberman, SPAMAYL
Days are gone well so far with E3 except for one day of E4. I've read through this post then I looked at many other sources and got convicted about switching to SPAMAYL, in camping I've not the strong motivation to do uberman and I need flexible time to address issues during work, don't expect other changes, I will do SL-uberman for the rest of the summer till I will want to go uberman and why not skill my body to go back and forth.
Switching to E3
day 1(28 jun) was right on uberman trails but then 29,30 and today, I fallen asleep from 3am to 7am, I'm sure its because there isn't internet and the big part of my work and interests are there, I will switch to E3 from now because It fits better and then will switch to uberman around september, I can say that I'm actually at day 3 in E3.
To any poly addicts: critic and judge yourself trying to understand why your attempt failed and how to make it easier, don't be a fanatic like me with uberman on trying something now you cannot afford.
I Found the Darkspawn
I will not bore you about my previous days, I resume them by saying that I tried the first time around 16-19 and made various errors because of bad organization, I resolved them and I tried another time by days 21-24, it was more smooth and easy but I oversleep for 3 hours then I decided to make another little break and retry at,
this time it will be right,
my practice is overwelming me of right truth and motivation,
the uberman god will be with me,

The blood mage at its beginning
I will start tomorrow my uberman schedule, I was dealing with a dental surgery past days so now I'm free and ready to go, blood be with me.
7TH ADAPTATION – JOIN THE DARKSPAWN
Ok geez we're here, tomorrow it will begin my 7th adaptation to uberman, it's summer here but I will go for three mounts in mountain, quiet, with fresh air and my pc to supply me of entertainment, it's really better than the city, I can walk like a zombie without people thinking I'm weird or asking me lame questions, I've the pace and the quiet atmosphere I like so much and so I feel to have fun here, instead in the city I feel like in prison and I never want to walk outside and walking IS the crucial overcome to a good adaptation, many successful ubermans reported that walking was their major support and in my adaptations I've not use it as I explained before, so, give me a good luck and thanks to all you people, I will be updating this blog for the first days as always.

AArggh 1 cycle oversleep
I oversleept another time on Day 3, I wasn't tired but I microsleept in sofa and I didn't get up.

It seems impossible after getting two fluo's last month but here I am, I'm sick, I sleeped 6 hours and now I feel really better, If It was only a temporary virus I will continue but if tomorrow it gets bad, I will take a break to recover, 6th adaptation is anyway delayed.

BEING UBERMAN | 6TH Attempt
I decided like another blogger to not post Day 1,2 etc. I will post only useful information and about hardest times, I made this post to track my 6TH attempt at uberman, Day One.
This night was really nice, for the first time I nap for three times consecutive at 12.40 4.40 and 8.40 am, its really weird considering I'm at day 1, I feel really fresh and positive about this attempt and my thinking is to be an Uberman not a try to be.

I use the Sleep track to fall asleep and when it finishes the Adrenaline Rush starts and gets me up. I consider this listenings to be a major update in my attempts, I really feel the effect of them, consider them essential by now as another long experience polyphaser agrees with me and use them.
