I hope this doesn’t mean the end of polyphasic sleep for you, antel. It’s always a bummer when you’re so close to your goal, and then something like illness steps in and ruins everything for you…

I restarted today, thanks for your support, I will never give up because I see polyphasism as the unique way to enjoy my life, bad sleep has ruined years of it.
