BEING UBERMAN | 6TH Attempt
I decided like another blogger to not post Day 1,2 etc. I will post only useful information and about hardest times, I made this post to track my 6TH attempt at uberman, Day One.
This night was really nice, for the first time I nap for three times consecutive at 12.40 4.40 and 8.40 am, its really weird considering I'm at day 1, I feel really fresh and positive about this attempt and my thinking is to be an Uberman not a try to be.

I use the Sleep track to fall asleep and when it finishes the Adrenaline Rush starts and gets me up. I consider this listenings to be a major update in my attempts, I really feel the effect of them, consider them essential by now as another long experience polyphaser agrees with me and use them.

Cool sleep/wake tracks, I’m gonna try them out. Adrenaline rush seems like it will really help me get out of the laying down zone. Good luck to ye. I think maybe just try your best and if you screw up (hopefully not) keep going as if you didn’t, as long as you don’t spend over a month or something like that in the adaptation phase.
