Bad fluo
I get a bad fluo that make me give up for some days, I've not fail because my attempt was working really good like never before, see you.
BEING UBERMAN | 6TH Attempt
I decided like another blogger to not post Day 1,2 etc. I will post only useful information and about hardest times, I made this post to track my 6TH attempt at uberman, Day One.
This night was really nice, for the first time I nap for three times consecutive at 12.40 4.40 and 8.40 am, its really weird considering I'm at day 1, I feel really fresh and positive about this attempt and my thinking is to be an Uberman not a try to be.

I use the Sleep track to fall asleep and when it finishes the Adrenaline Rush starts and gets me up. I consider this listenings to be a major update in my attempts, I really feel the effect of them, consider them essential by now as another long experience polyphaser agrees with me and use them.

End of 5TH try
Yes, I didn't want to give up but one should not be fanatic about things that can lead to death, I will retry uberman adaptation in 2 weeks, with more tools, mindset and energy!
Day 7
After three nights without oversleeping and getting some sleep, I oversleep for 3 hours in my sofa this morning, I know that its bad to stay relaxed but it's not easy as it seems, I expect some bad moments but also a good recovery.
Here is how I combat oversleeping, after several tries this worked succesfully many times to wake me up:

Day 5
This night was successful with no oversleeps! I was rewarded with my first full lenght nap, it feels awesome, polyfe is awesome.
Day 4 + tip
after three little overslepts I'm fighting to maintain a good mind state and be cool, a friend of mine, jvogel, point me a great tip to all polys:
DO THE SAME THING AFTER EACH NAP
if you follow this tip, you will never fall in the "10 min. more are ok" rule that is really serious, a good plan is:
go outside and walk for at least 10 minutes
5TH try – the vengance
I'm quite positive, I collected much information and experience with my adaptations, now I've the right alarm to wake me up and the right tools to not get sleepy, I will post them here so others with same problem don't repeat my errors, see ya!
End of 4th try
My motivation was really low(as you can see by blog posts), so I couldn't manage to not oversleep, motivation its the only thing that you need to keep along your adaptation, on my next try I will write to a paper my motivations and I will be really more busy, see ya to the end of november.
